Question: I have used Parents Online all year but now I can't get logged in. What happened?
Answer: Make sure you do not have a pop-up blocking program running. If you have had three unsuccessful attempts, the program will lock you out. Email or call email@example.com to have the account unlocked.
Question: What if I forget my password?
Answer: A new password will be created for you.
Question: Is my Parents Online account active from year-to-year?
Answer: Yes. You may need to email or call to have younger children added to your account but once the account is created, you should not have to make any changes.
Question: What grades are available for Parents Online?
Answer: Parents Online begins with third graders.
Question: I'm having trouble using the program. What now?
